O’Quinn at fault in his own accident

As sad as his death was, it’s even worse that he (a) was doing almost 80 in a 40, and (b) wasn’t wearing a seat belt.  I have no sympathy for people who don’t buckle up when they’re behind the wheel.  Especially if they’re driving at a high rate of speed.  When I was a teenager, i rolled over a sports car and walked away.  Had I not been wearing my seatbelt, I’d probably be dead.  Learn a lesson from John O’Quinn’s death and buckle your damned seatbelt!

Police cited crash data from the computer of the Chevrolet Suburban that indicated the vehicle was traveling up to 79 miles per hour before the SUV went out of control and hit a tree. The speed limit is 40 miles per hour in the area.
