I don’t live in Detroit, but if I did… he’d have my vote.

Detroit mayoral candidate Freman Hendrix said today he would file a class-action lawsuit against insurance companies if they refuse to lower automotive insurance premiums for constituents.

Are insurance premiums that bad in Detroit?  I’m satisfied with what I pay in Lansing.  I’d like cheaper insurance, sure, but I don’t think I’m getting a bad deal.
